Event Terms & Conditions – Redsan at 30
By purchasing a ticket for Redsan at 30 via Mtickets, you agree to the following terms:
- All sales are final: Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the case of full event cancellation.
- Event ownership: Mtickets acts solely as a ticketing platform. The event is organized and managed by the event promoter.
- Event changes: The organizer reserves the right to change the event date, time, venue, lineup, or program without prior notice. No refunds will be issued for such changes.
- Rescheduling: If the event is postponed, all tickets will remain valid for the new date. Refunds will not be issued unless the event is fully canceled.
- Cancellation policy: In the event of cancellation, refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the original payment method (including M-Pesa) within a reasonable timeframe.
- Entry & conduct: Entry requires a valid ticket. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual for disorderly, unsafe, or non-compliant behavior without refund.
- Security checks: All attendees are subject to security screening. Prohibited items may be confiscated.
- Assumption of risk: Attendance is at your own risk. The organizer and Mtickets are not liable for injury, loss, theft, or damage during the event.
- Media & recording: By attending, you grant permission to be photographed, filmed, or recorded for marketing and promotional use without compensation.
- Force majeure: The organizer shall not be held liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., weather, government restrictions, emergencies).
